By filling out the form on the ASIMETRIK KZ website, I give my consent to ASIMETRIK KZ site administrator for processing, storage and transfer of my personal data to third parties via the Internet in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 21, 2013 N 94-V "On Personal Data and Protection Thereof". I confirm that I give such consent, acting in one’s own free will and in one’s own interest. The purpose of providing personal data by me is to contact ASIMETRIK KZ site administrator, including sending notifications and requests concerning site usage, as well as service rendering. I hereby acknowledge and confirm that I am solely and fully responsible for personal data provided by me, including their completeness, accuracy, unambiguity and relevance directly to me. I confirm that I am acknowledged with the rights and responsibilities in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 21, 2013 N 94-V "On Personal Data and Protection Thereof", including procedure for withdrawing consent to the collection and processing of personal data.

I hereby express my unconditional consent, acting in my own free will and in my own interest to my personal data processing by ASIMETRIK KZ in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 21, 2013 N 94-V “On Personal Data and Protection Thereof”

registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan, Seytkali Mendeshev 54 str.

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual on the basis of such information. This Consent was issued by me for processing the following personal data: full name, email, phone. Consent is given to Operator to take the following actions with my personal data using automation tools and/or without using such tools: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, changing), use, depersonalization, transfer to third parties for purposes indicated below, as well as implementation of any other actions provided for by current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, both manual and computer-aided methods. This consent is valid until it is withdrawn by sending corresponding notification to nariman.ibrayev@asimetrik.kz email address. If I withdraw my consent to process personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 21, 2013 N 94-V “On Personal Data and Protection Thereof”.
